The reason Jesus came to earth is all about truth.
Why did Jesus come to earth? If you ask this question, you usually get a multitude of answers such as: ‘To save us,’ ‘To feed the poor,’ ‘To heal the sick,’ To die for our sins.’
Yes, Yes – all that, but why does He say that He came into this world?
John 18:37 gives us the answer in Jesus’ own words . . . “To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world that I should bear witness unto the truth. Everyone that is of the truth heareth my voice.”

Truth! Jesus is the Creator. (John 1:1-3):
1. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2. The same was in the beginning with God.
3. All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was made.
John goes on to say in (1:14): “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, . . full of grace and truth.”
Whether it’s John writing, or Paul, it’s really only them writing the truth for as in (2 Tim 3:16): “all scripture is given by inspiration of God . . . (Truth) and goes on to say in (Colossians 1:16): “For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether throne or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.”
Now we come to Genesis, the history of creation. Is Genesis not scripture? Ah – ah, yes! Is scripture not given by inspiration of God? Ah – ah, yes! Did Jesus come to bear witness to the TRUTH? Ah – ah, yes! And is Jesus the Creator? Ah – ah, yes! Then is Genesis not true?

It seems I hear little preaching in the church about Genesis and the truth of Genesis. Are pastors intimidated by the culture of evolution? Do you think the so called scientists have the truth, or Jesus?
During the 150th Anniversary Year of Darwin’s ‘Origin of the Species,’ I heard zero sermons about Genesis. I heard no rebuttals from the pulpit or confrontations with the culture of Darwinism that was being promoted in the schools, on TV, etc.
Clergy, Pastors, Ministers, Leaders, Christians shall we not promote the TRUTH or confront the LIES?
